Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The purpose of the ACC is to help protect the value of properties within our community through guidelines related to the construction of structures, dwellings, etc. in the subdivision. Article VI: Protective Covenants of the CC&Rs, outlines the relationship between the committee and property owners. 

For calendar year 2025, the following road impact fees are as follows:

  • Primary residence — $3,000
  • Guest home, garage, or additional structure with a permanent foundation — $1,500
